The company has declared that it will pay a whopping 1000 percent special dividend to its investors. According to an exchange filing by Narmada Gelatines, this would be a special dividend that the company would pay to its investors.
According to Narmada Gelatines’ BSE filing, the 1000 percent special dividend translates into Rs 100 per share. The face value of each share of Narmada Gelatines is Rs.10. If a person holds 100 shares of Narmada Gelatines, the company would give him a dividend of Rs.10,000.
“… the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 7th December 2022, has declared a special interim dividend of Rs. 100/- per equity share (i.e. 1000%) of the face value of 10 each, fully paid up, for the financial year 2022-23,” the company said in a filing on BSE.
