POST VOYAGER, a blockchain arm of Japanese mobile gaming powerhouse Cocone and a developer of the MOOI network, announced on Friday that it has signed a partnership with Mythical Games, a Web3 gaming technology company behind Blankos Block Party and NFL Rivals.
As part of the partnership, POST VOYAGER will contribute to the development of the decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) of the Mythos blockchain gaming ecosystem. In particular, POST VOYAGER will join the initial group of ecosystem partners who will work collaboratively on the development of a fully decentralized NFT transport protocol that connects the best of the gaming industry with the best projects and blockchain initiatives / Web3. Initial partners in the Mythos ecosystem include top game development companies and Metaverse, such as Ubisoft, Krafton, Animoca Brands, and a few others.
These partners will serve on three separate sub-committees and will be voted through the Mythos DAO by MYTH token holders and serve a one-year term on their respective sub-committees.
The announced partnership between the two gaming powerhouses promises to strengthen the position of both the MOOI network and the Mythos blockchain. “We are united in our goal of giving users a direct voice in their gaming experience and supporting game companies to take advantage of Web3 opportunities. Both Mythos and the MOOI community will benefit from this collaboration,” a source told POST VOYAGER.
Earlier this year, Post Voyager launched its own NFT platform Jellyme, a decentralized NFT marketplace that allows users to enjoy their NFTs, primarily in-game assets by owning full ownership of their NFTs. The first Web3 game to use the MOOI network as a blockchain, Meta Livly, was launched in August, with 4 more blockchain games expected to launch on the MOOI network in the last quarter of 2022.
