India vs South Africa ODI 2022: India have decided to rest their top players ahead of the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia, which means that a new-look Indian team, a promising young pack and some established faces led by Shikhar Dhawan, will struggle to stamp his authority during the India vs South Africa ODI series starting on Thursday in Lucknow.

Among the big guns who will be missing from the action will be names like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Mohammed Shami and Ravichandran Ashwin, who will leave for Australia for the T20 World Cup.
