Volare, the web 3.0 platform for developers and gamers, has announced that the public sale of the VOLR token will finally begin on September 27th. (00:00 UTC 27 September 2022)
The Volare network is the first commercially viable blockchain network, and developers can easily develop and publish games and other entertainment content using various tools provided on the network. It aims to bring gaming into the new Play-to-Rank (P2R) / Play-to-Earn (P2E) revolution. Volare (“VOLR”) is a token used in the Volare network for the purpose of reserving and measuring the value of services provided in the network and incentivizing the operations of the validating nodes. VOLR will be the main currency of the network which will be freely traded with other service tokens on DEX, Game Center and Launchpad.
With this announcement, anyone who wants to apply for VOLR subscription must deliver to Foundation Ethers (“ETHs”) the amount corresponding to the value of VOLRs and therefore must have these ETHs before access in Launchpad. The value of ETH is determined as the price of Ether published by CoinMarketCap at the time the transfer of ETH is confirmed to the Ethereum mainnet (i.e. 10~20 minutes later after remittance of ETH with the Metamask wallet). Please note that applicants’ ETH delivery to the Foundation must be done via the Metamask wallet, not via Whisper MSG. VOLRs will mainly be used for depositing, paying dues to operators, playing, purchasing in-game items, fundraising and more.
