Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express Timing, Schedule, Route: Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express schedule has been changed. The new timetable of 12009 Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express and 12010 Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central Shatabdi Express will be effective from October 1.
The decision to change the schedule of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express was taken by the Indian Railways so that it does not adversely affect the operation of the Vande Bharat on the same route.
Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express Time Table, Schedule, Route
According to the announcement, 12009 Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express will depart from Mumbai Central at 6:20 am. It will reach Ahmedabad at 12:45 PM. The train will stop at Borivali at 6:43 am, according to the official announcement.
On the return journey, 12010 Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central Shatabdi Express will depart Ahmedabad at 15:10 and arrive Mumbai Central at 21:45. The train will stop at Borivali at 8:46 PM, as per the official announcement.
Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express
Meanwhile, Vande Bharat Express will run between Gandhinagar Capital and Mumbai Central. This will be the third Vande Bharat Express. The other two are: New Delhi-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express and New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express.
Gandhinagar Capital and Mumbai Central Vande Bharat Express will run for 6 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday). The high-speed train will have 16 coaches.
Vande Bharat Express will leave Mumbai Central at 6:10 AM and reach the capital Gandhinagar at 12:30 PM. The train will stop at Surat at 8:50, Vadodara at 10:20 and Ahmedabad at 11:35.
On the return journey, Vande Bharat Express will depart Gandhinagar Capital at 2:05 PM and reach Mumbai Central at 8:35 PM. It will stop at Ahmedabad Railway Station at 14:40, Vadodara at 16) and Surat at 17:40.
