The approval to pay the dividend was granted at the company’s 55th annual general meeting on Wednesday.
“The shareholders of the company at the 55th AGM held today through video conferencing/other audiovisual media have approved the payment of dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors,” Hindustan Copper said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday, September 28.
