Hurricane Ian will go down as one of the worst natural disasters in US history. The sheer devastation we are witnessing in Southwest Florida is hard to fathom and it will literally take years for the region to recover. When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2006, it was only a Category 3 storm. Hurricane Ian was a very strong Category 4 storm when it finally made landfall, and nearly reached Category 5. Some Media reported that Ian had maximum sustained winds of 150 mph, while others reported that Ian had maximum sustained winds of 155. mph. In any case, it came very close to becoming a Category 5 storm.
But that wasn’t to happen.
Ian wasn’t supposed to be a “monster storm” when it hit the Florida coast, but in the last few hours it absolutely “exploded” in intensity.
According to USA Today, Ian eventually became “one of the most powerful storms in US history”…
Hurricane Ian slammed into Florida’s southwest coast on Wednesday as one of the most powerful storms in US history, destroying homes and buildings and stranding some residents as storm surge flooded communities.
The storm made landfall near Cayo Costa as a Category 4 storm Wednesday afternoon with maximum sustained winds measured at 150 miles per hour, just 7 miles per hour slower than a Category 5, the state’s highest Saffir-Simpson hurricane scale of hurricane intensity.
Fort Myers was hit harder than almost anyone else.
Wind speeds are being reported so high in Fort Myers that palm trees are literally being ripped from the ground…
Hurricane Ian unleashed devastation in southwest Florida after a 6-foot storm surge swept through Fort Myers destroying homes while water engulfed two-story properties.
Horrific footage showed wave after wave battering the small town, which is currently under an extreme wind warning, engulfing buildings and cars as the monster storm finally made landfall on Wednesday.
It sees the “overwhelming” torrent of water engulfing palm trees at the tropical resort and uprooting some of its roots as 155mph winds forced it forward – only the fifth storm in history to make landfall at such a speed.
Social media is full of videos of the carnage.
What has happened to these beautiful coastal communities is absolutely heartbreaking. Countless homes have been completely destroyed and countless hopes and dreams have been completely erased.

As of this hour, we’re told 1.6 million Florida residents are without power.
And apparently, the damage to the power grid is so extensive that some sections will have to be completely rebuilt…

What most people don’t realize is that this disaster fits perfectly into a pattern that goes back literally decades.
Time and time again, when our government is involved in an effort to divide the land of Israel, our nation is struck by some kind of major disaster almost immediately afterward. The following list of 10 examples is based on a list I shared in a previous article…
#1 On March 26, 1979, the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty was signed in Washington. As a result of this treaty, Israel ceded an enormous amount of territory. Two days later, on March 28, the worst nuclear power plant disaster in US history made headlines around the world.
#2 On October 30, 1991, President George HW Bush opened the Madrid Peace Conference that brought Israelis and Palestinians together to negotiate for the first time. In his opening speech, Bush told Israel that “territorial engagement is essential to peace.” At the same time, “the perfect storm” was brewing in the North Atlantic. This legendary storm traveled 1,000 miles in the wrong direction and sent 35-foot waves crashing directly into President Bush’s home in Kennebunkport, Maine.
#3 On August 23, 1992 the Madrid Peace Conference moved to Washington DC, and the next day Hurricane Andrew made landfall in Florida causing $30 billion in damage. It was the worst natural disaster up to that point in US history.
#4 On January 16, 1994, President Clinton met with President Assad of Syria to discuss the possibility of Israel giving up the Golan Heights. Within 24 hours, the devastating Northridge earthquake struck Southern California. It was the second worst natural disaster up to that point in US history.
#5 On January 21, 1998, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived at the White House but received a very cold reception. In fact, President Clinton and Secretary of State Madeleine Albright refused to have lunch with him. That same day the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke, sending the Clinton presidency into a tailspin from which it would never recover.
#6 On September 28, 1998, Secretary of State Madeleine Albright was working to finalize a plan that would have had Israel give up about 13 percent of Judea and Samaria. On that precise day, Hurricane George slammed into the Gulf Coast with wind gusts of up to 175 miles per hour.
#7 On May 3, 1999, Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat was scheduled to hold a press conference to declare his intention to create a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital. On that precise day, the most powerful tornadoes ever recorded in the US ripped through Oklahoma and Kansas. At one point, one of the tornadoes had a recorded wind speed of 316 miles per hour.
#8 On April 30, 2003, US Ambassador Daniel Kurtzer presented to Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon “the road map to peace” that had been developed by the so-called “Quartet”. During the next seven days, the United States was hit by 412 tornadoes. It was the largest cluster of tornadoes ever recorded up to that time.
#9 In 2005, President George W. Bush (son of George HW Bush) convinced Israel that it was necessary to remove all Jewish settlers from Gaza and hand it over completely to the Palestinians. According to the New York Times, the last settlers were evacuated on August 23, 2005. On that precise day, a storm that would be named “Katrina” began to form over the Bahamas. The city of New Orleans has still not fully recovered from the damage caused by the storm, and it was ranked as the costliest natural disaster in the entire history of the United States up to that time.
#10 On May 19, 2011, Barack Obama told Israel that there must be a return to pre-1967 borders. Three days later, on May 22, a half-mile EF-5 multi-vortex tornado wide tore Joplin, Missouri. According to Wikipedia, it was “the costliest tornado in U.S. history.”
You would think our leaders would have gotten the message by now.
But apparently they haven’t.
On Wednesday, September 21, Joe Biden delivered a major speech before the UN General Assembly in which he boldly called for the creation of a Palestinian state…
President Joe Biden told the United Nations on Wednesday that the Palestinians have a “right” to their own state, a day after the US State Department announced $64 million in aid to the UN agency for the so-called Palestinian refugees.
“We will continue to advocate for a lasting, negotiated peace between the Jewish and democratic state of Israel and the Palestinian people,” Biden said during his address to the UN General Assembly.
“The United States is committed to Israel’s security, period. And a negotiated two-state solution remains our best way to ensure Israel’s security and prosperity for the future and give the Palestinians statehood in what right do they have,” he said.
And exactly one week later Hurricane Ian hit the United States.
Indeed, as Hurricane Ian destroyed countless homes, the US ambassador to the United Nations reaffirmed our commitment to a Palestinian state…
The United States ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, addressed the briefing of the UN Security Council on the situation in the Middle East on Wednesday, during which she reiterated the support of the ‘Biden administration to the two-state solution.
“From day one, the Biden administration has been unequivocal in our support for a two-state solution. That has not changed. As President Biden made clear to the UN General Assembly last week, “a negotiated two-state solution remains … the best way to ensure Israel’s security and prosperity for the future and give the Palestinians the state … to which they are entitled,” said Ambassador Thomas Greenfield said.
We can also see the same pattern with the leaders of other nations.
For example, last Thursday Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau tweeted the next right after Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid gave a speech in which he fully endorsed the idea of a two-state solution…
A two-state solution, with Israelis and Palestinians living in peace, security and dignity, is in everyone’s interest. Canada supports Prime Minister @YairLapid’s speech today, and we will continue to promote lasting peace and security in the region.
Just two days later, one of the most powerful storms to ever hit Canada made landfall…
Cleanup is underway in Atlantic Canada after Fiona made landfall in the early hours of Saturday, September 24, as one of the most intense weather systems ever to hit the country. Hundreds of thousands were left without power and scenes of incredible destruction emerged from far eastern Canada.
This kind of thing keeps happening over and over again, but our leaders simply refuse to see the pattern.
So they will continue to push for the land of Israel to be formally divided.
And as I’ve been warning for years, once that happens the consequences will be literally cataclysmic.
The message we are supposed to understand is very clear.
Do not touch the land of Israel.
Just don’t do it.
Unfortunately, our hard-hearted leaders will do it anyway, and the whole world will pay a very heavy price for their folly.
