President Biden will address the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Wednesday morning, where he plans to outline his “vision for American foreign policy and principled leadership in the world,” while offering a “strongly condemns” Russia’s war against Ukraine and calls on the world to continue to oppose its aggression.
